We have answered some frequently asked questions below, but please feel free to contact us directly for any additional information, for gift suggestions, or to place an order.

How long after I place an order will it be shipped out?
We turn orders around in one day - i.e., what comes in on a Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday. In some cases, orders received early enough in the day may be shipped out the same day.

However, if you place an order on Friday and select ground service for your delivery method, your gift package will not leave our studio until Monday, as there is no ground pick-up service over the weekend.

If I have questions once my order is placed, whom do I contact?
As soon as we receive your order, it is assigned to a dedicated gift specialist who will email you immediately with all of their contact information. In most cases, for any of your return online visits and subsequent new orders, the same gift specialist will be assigned to work with you.

What is your returns and exchange policy?
If after 5 days of receiving shipment, either you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with a gift item(s), we'll happily replace it with another selection or issue a refund. Please note we're unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.

For your security, please return your gift item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Lasso the Moon is not responsible for items damaged or lost in the return transit, nor are we responsible for paying the return fee.

Please include a note explaining why you are returning an item and if you would like a replacement gift or credit issued. Returns should be sent to: Lasso the Moon, 3312 W. Belle Plaine, Chicago, IL 60618.

Do I have to fill a box? What if I just want to order one or two items?
While we encourage customers to fill one our Signature Gift Boxes, we have also created a page called
"Think Outside the Box" which will allow you to order individual gift items. Please note that when ordering from "Think Outside the Box," your choices will not be gift wrapped or placed inside our gift box.

If I place an order over the phone, what kind of confirmation will I receive?
We always ask for an email address so that we can send you an order confirmation that will list all the items in your gift package, the cost of each, as well as the shipping total.

What size is the gift box?
We have one size gift box that is 13" wide x 13" long x 11" tall.

How are the gift items wrapped inside the box?
In keeping with our surprise gift presentation, each of the gift items you select are individually wrapped in silver tissue with a blue satin ribbon that ties on an elegant gift tag on which its kindred sentiment is printed.

If I am already an existing customer and my billing information has changed, how can I update my information before placing a new order?
If your billing information has changed since your last order, simply go to the "My Account Login" page by using the link in the navigation bar on the left. Enter your email and password, and you will be able to update any of your information accordingly.
